A new utility room was created by building a wall to enclose the boiler.   The sump pump will be located here, at the lowest point.

Piping has been brought up for toilet and sink. All the work is very neat, including in the basement.  

My office is currently a storage room.  Hopefully, I will be able to keep it this tidy!

You can now really start to get a sense of how the finished home will look.
