As the concrete truck was leaving, it accidentally dragged the Verizon cable off the house. No Internet means no working from home, no TV, no video games, no computer – not great news on a Friday afternoon! The extensive repair workload caused by the recent storm meant Verizon’s earliest repair slot was Monday morning. Nightmare! Luckily, a friend at Verizon was able to move us up the schedule and connection was restored on Saturday morning. Yay!!
