You can see how neatly the utility room has been created, encasing the aircon ducting and allowing just enough space for boiler maintenance.

This summer seems to have had more than its fair share of torrential rain!  Here’s my, somewhat damp, office after yet another downpour.

A new utility room was created by building a wall to enclose the boiler.   The sump pump will be located here, at the lowest point.
